Fees are based on a sliding scale based on school size and number of presentations. Assembly presentations can be combined with other school districts or organizations on the sliding scale.

Travel costs are determined by using the current IRS mileage allowance from Olympia, Washington. Airline costs are determined from SeaTac Airport in Seattle, Washington on the airline (s) of the speaker's choice. Lodging and meals are the responsibility of the school if an overnight stay is warranted as well as a rental car if transportation is not provided.
